Could you post the address for Gillian's French Bread again--I seem to have
missed that post?  When we first started down this long and bumpy road, I
thought we were dealing only with a wheat allergy, and so always carried
spelt hot dog/hamburger buns with me for emergency McDonald's stops, etc.
Never thought I'd end up nostalgic for spelt, but I sure am now!  (For
anyone new to this list, spelt has gluten, and is forbidden for gluten-free
diets.)
