Chef David's knowledge of Celiac Disease, safe and non-safe 
gluten-free foods, awareness of cross-contamination concerns and food 
preparation all get 2-thumbs up. He's dedicated to both gluten-free 
accuracy and gourmet preparations with a personal touch. He works 
with individuals, families, and groups large and small.  You name it, 
he'll cook it up - for family meals, parties, special events, and 
cooking demonstrations, etc.   The nice this is that you can rest 
assured and also enjoy a delicious gluten-free meal when Chef David 
cooks for you.  He'll probably consider work outside the Phoenix
