 8 year old daughter diagnosed w/ celiac disease 1.5 years ago .diagnosed w/ diabetes this weekend. had croup 2 weeks ago and  had symptoms of gluten ingestion probably thru meds. any chance diabetes diagnosis could be wrong and levels only up due to gluten ingestion? 




any suggestions on GF food that is also good for diabetics?
