My housemate brought me home the GF cake from the store she works at today.
Definitely yummy. Definitely more of a egg/sugar/nut flour texture (more
chewy than spongy? I'd make a horrible food critic with my lack of words
around the various textures of GF treats). The only flour in it is rice and
it is a ways down the ingredient list. Anyway, a good addition. I'll be
excited to be able to purchase this from time to time.
