Do any of you use a free calorie counter/exercise journal online website that you find user-friendly?
Most of them have lots of foods listed that we can't eat, and if the website isn't user-friendly, then entering in all of the nutritional information for brands that are gluten-free becomes tedious. Right now, I'm just using pen and paper, for lack of finding a site that I like.
I can't find the sites I used 8 years ago, when I successfully lost weight for my son's wedding. Unfortunately, I've put it all back on and lots more. Another son is getting married in Feb. 2010, so I've got my target date.
Thanks, Lin
