Hi all -

When I was baking my own bread I had a problem cutting it. I bought this handy "knife" at the
Eastern States Exposition ("The Big E"). and love it. I recently showed it to a few friends and
they were blown away. Thinking everyone knew about this wonderful tool, I've just accepted it
as one of those things, but for bread, in particular GF bread, it's just amazing. We all need one.
It's undoubtedly worth the money.

I have no financial interest in the company, just a selfish desire to keep them in business forever.
And, I love the Adirondacks!

Kathy
