Hi Phil,
Their call is S04R and that's Western Sahara.  I worked them on 80M phone
last night.  They were very loud on 40M Cw too.  What a pile up.

There was a super pile up on who I think was S0VR.  Does anybody know =
who, or where, or what country that might be?  I don't have a current =
list of prefixes.  He was on 40 meters this evening.
