Harry,
You know what page you want to go to? If you do, then press ctrl-shift-n -
the Go To page command. Then type in the page number, and press enter. You
are taken there. The page-down and page-up commands are ctrl+page-down and
ctrl+page-up, respectively. All of these commands are given in the menu
when you press the alt key in Adobe Reader.

Someone tell me, step by step, how to do that, if possible.
I use adobe reader.
