In Microsoft Update, go to the SP3 update and expand it by clicking on
the link labeled "images/toc_collapsed". Once you've expanded it, you'll
see the check box "Don't see this update again."
That being said, I don't see any reason why someone running Microsoft
Update wouldn't move up to SP3, but that's just my opinion.
