You can look at the free Digitalk  software.  Google "digitalk".   A number 
of us here have played with it over the years, but seems that for most of us 
it stopped working after XP service pack 2 came out.   You may have better 
luck, or maybe have a Windows 98 pc kicking around.  It's very basic and is 
self voicing, but  if you can get it to run on your system, it will get you 
on the mode.

Digipan works somewhat with jaws, but you may need to make a lot of use of 
the jaws cursor to read incoming text.  Not sure about window eyes.

Personally, I prefer RTTY and use MMTTY with jaws.
