Under tools I just figured out the file merger dialog.  You have to go to 
add files, choose the files you, and select the last one first.  Then under 
merge, you select the bit rate and folder and name for the new file.  Then 
your selected files are merged in to one file.
I wish I had known this 350 albums ago.
