Hi Steve,
You could remove his call from the dictionary.
Insert + D for dictionary, control + Shift + D for default dictionary (if
necessary,) tab to the list of words, highlight the ham call, press tab to
the delete button, press space bar, press control + S to save, Press alt +
F4 to exit.

Ron,
One interesting discovery: If you have an alphanumeric entry in the
pronunciation dictionary, it overrides the setting. Since I have Mike's
call in the dictionary, he earns the dubious distinction of having the only
ham call that will not be phonetically spelled. Ah well, who knew?
