I have a lot of mics with the same clip, they all come loose after a while, 
it's a rivet, so there's not much you can do. Some of them you can take the 
rivet out and put another one in or something, but that plastic one, I 
wouldn't try it. The old radio shack speaker mics with the metal clip I did 
that to.
