Hi;
When this phone call turned south last night I initially thought that there was some reluctance about putting up the tripod and thought I would have it installed by a contractor. Painful but it does avoid roof leak issues. I eventually discovered it wasn't just the tripod but the entire project that needed to be professionally done. You may be quite correct that there is concern about liability. Wonder how anyone gets a tower put up?
Richard
