I do have a few offers already--one from a fellow lister, and another from a

You could realistically go up about $40 and still get it pretty easy with
the separation kit, honestly. Possibly a little more even, but anyway,
really, your price is low enough I'm surprised you haven't had offers on
this list of people who'd take it right now, unless you have and they kept
it off list.
