Well, you sorta have to give out your callsign when you're on the air.  
*LOL* Of course, if you're really worried about freaky people showing  
up on your doorstep and stalking you, you could get a post office box  
and change your address on file with the FCC to that. Then people  
could think you operate from a little tiny box. Of course, used to,  
you had to actually give the FCC a permanent station location, which  
of course couldn't be a post office box but could be different from  
your mailing address. Far as I know, though, this information didn't  
actually get published anywhere.
