Hi Danny.
Does that mean the QSYer won't work with out the computer interface?
I would sell the TS-50 and TS-430s, but I promised the guy that gave them to
me that I'd never get rid of them.
They belonged to his father who is a silent key.
I've been using the TS-430s on 10 meters.
I suppose I could set a memory channel on each band I want to work then
transfer it to the VFO and not stray to far from it, but I'd never know for
sure what frequency I was on.
I doubt the QSYer will work with The TS-430, since the manual didn't mention
anything about a computer interface.
Guess I'll start saving my pennies to buy a more modern rig.
Like you I only have light perception too.

Thanks again for your help, and 73.
