Thanks all, I still haven't gotten it working yet. Not sure what is going
on. I am going to work on it some more this week.
Blake

Hello Blake,
I've been out of town, so don't know if this idea has been presented to you.
Also, if you know how to get to the control panel in Vista you can skip most
of this.
First, you may want to go to the control panel by pressing the start button
and then typing in control panel. Press enter until you hear device manager.
Press enter. Then press tab and then the letter P until you her ports. Then
press the right arrow and arrow down until you hear what port the USB
converter is on.
Also, you might want to check and make sure that the menue on the F6A didn't
get turned back on to microphone from PC. Good luck.

Subject: Kenwood and Visa programs

All, I am running windows vista I have the PG4Y programming cable for the
THF-6A. I bought the radio shack adapter to make it a USB connector. I
loaded the software. But I still can't get the Kenwood program to work. I
have changed all 4 com ports and no luck. Any thoughts?
Thanks and 73
