Has anyone bought items from KG6POY?

The following was part of an ebay description of a hamstick.

Bill Rouch has been in business since 1974 and has been listed in Dunn
and Bradstreet continuously for all 30 years. Although Bill himself is a
blind person, he runs his business pretty much by himself with a little
help from Lynne, his bride of 35 years -- and Heldy, his guide dog .He
also holds an Extra Class ham license, N6HBO acquired with the help of
Handi Hams over a 4-year period. He is now an instructer for Handi Hams.
We are a West Coast distributor for this product, allowing us that extra
edge of competative pricing . All items are available in our Ebay Store.
His no hassle return policy and quick shipping has become an unwritten
trademark of Bill Rouch Marketing. Bill says? do whatever it takes" to
keep his customers happy.
