I am with Blue Horizon. I received the message below via email and responded immediately. We produce a line of gluten-free/wheat-free seafood appetizer bites. One of the products (Fish & Chip Bites) contained a distilled malt vinegar (from corn). Due to questions about the vinegar, we discontinued use of distilled malt vinegar as an ingredient in August, and now use apple cider vinegar. The product packaging has been updated to reflect this change. Nevertheless, we continue to use third-party testing to verify/validate that our products containing a gluten-free claim are what we say they are. I sent lab report to the user, and called, but have not heard back. I have celiac kids in my family, and am comfortable feeding this product to them.
