Hi Listmates,

I am newly diagnosed, and recently went to have sushi for dinner, but
then got nervous that it wouldn't be as easy to avoid gluten as I
thought. I would appreciate any helpful hints on items to avoid -
obviously soy sauce, teriyaki, etc should be avoided but what about
ginger dressing, sushi rice, wasabi, or certain hand cut rolls that tend
to be ok. I ended up eating boring plain old fish, which was still ok,
but I feel certain there are more options that tend to be pretty
reliable as long as I inquire about cross contamination with using the
same knife, etc. Thanks in advance. I will summarize.
