I have a health care savings account and have been sending in receipts for 
gluten free food.  I was reinbused the extra cost of the food.  Now I have just 
been told that the IRS is no now allowing the extra cost of gluten free food to 
be reinbused.  Is anyone else having this problem?  

If so, we all need to write our congressional delegation and complain to the 
IRS.
