I am preparing for an upcoming event at which there will be a chocolate fountain. The fountain is a commercial grade I am borrowing from a friend and the agreement is that I will ONLY use pre-packaged chocolate that is specifically prepared for use in chocolate fountains.
My dilemma is that the chocolate I use must be BOTH gluten free and certified as Parve. There are no companies in the US that meet both f these requirements. However, there are companies in Israel that may. I am unable to speak Hebrew. Is there anyone on the list serve who can help me out with the name and/or contact of a company from Israel that sells this kind of chocolate.
Please NO replies that relate to using other kinds of chocolate. I am aware of such methods. However, the owner of the $3000.00 machine is clear that I can only use fountain chocolate.
