Listmates,

I've just had a wonderful experience at a bakery in downtown Kirkland,
Washington. The name is SweetCakes Bakery, and they are located at 128 Park
Lane. I have absolutely no interest in this company (other than the
interest of my sweet tooth), so I can recommend it completely. My
gluten-intolerant friend and I (I have celiac) stopped by the bakery after
lunch and ate the most delectable cupcakes! This bakery is not exclusively
gluten-free, but they have many varieties of gluten-free cupcakes available
every day, and are willing to bake to order as well. I picked up a regular
(non-gluten-free) lemon square for my family, and they loved it, so your
gluten-tolerant friends can happily join you. I am so thrilled to have this
bakery so close to home, and would love to see them supported by the
gluten-free community. Enjoy!
