The drug name on the Rx is CALCITRIOL The called Teva USA and they
stated there is no starch or gluten in it. this was prescribed by my
doctor for low vitamin d w/ osteopenia.
some of the recommendations were
Twinlab Tri-Boron Plus, plus extra vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), .
There are good articles on vitamin D on www.mercola.com .
Yes, I've been taking it for about six months with no adverse
reactions. I am a biopsy-confirmed celiac
I was also referred to wikipedia
thanks for the help I will start it in a week I am taking 50,000 iu of
Vit D once a week for a month then I switch to the calcitriol.
