Years ago when I contacted Ener-G about buying two-slice bread packages, I
was told I had to buy their sampler pack, which includes bread I don't like.
If wanted to buy one particular kind, but could not. Thanks to the posters
who let me know that you can now buy all their bread in 2-slice packages.
They also sell them by the case. These will be really helpful for traveling.

From another poster:

Try Food-tek

You mix with water and make 2 slices at a time in the microwave. Since many
hotels have room microwaves, might work.

If you are going to Brazil, you should easily find GF food in stores.

(I'm going to Colombia, where I know GF food is not easy to find, and
Argentina.)
