Right off the top of my head, I can tell you Merchant's, Sole Mio, and Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville all have GF menus. You can eat there safely. I've also eaten at Wild Horse Saloon, but you have to be very diligent when ordering there. There isn't a lot to eat at Wild Horse, maybe grilled chicken and some plain broccoli, but Wild Horse is worth seeing. There is also The Melting Pot, a fondue place, that can do GF, and they are just a few doors down from Wild Horse. Oh, and Demo's also has a GF menu. If you haven't ever been to CMA Fest, you're in for a treat! It's really fun! Don't hesitate to ask me for help. I probably know more places that I'm just not thinking of right at the moment. Many restaurants in Nashville now have GF menus. Some are the Pfunky Griddle, Brixx Pizza, Outback Steakhouse, Carrabbas, Jason's Deli, and Mafiozos. Mostt are glad to assist you in determining what you can safely eat. *Support summarization of posts, reply to the SENDER not the CELIAC List*Archives are at: Http://Listserv.icors.org/SCRIPTS/WA-ICORS.EXE?LIST=CELIAC
