I just saw an add for "Jovial cookies" that says they are Gluten Free on
the front of the box. BUT THEY ARE MADE OF EINKORN WHEAT! I have been
under the impression that wheat is wheat, and unsafe for us to eat no
matter how ancient it is. Didn't we all go through this with Kamut?
How can that be gluten free or safe? !!!
