Okay so most people emailed me looking for an answer not THE answer so there is alot of interest.
First and foremost you need to check with YOUR flex plan if they allow for it. OURS DOES. IT may change in the future as someone said in 2011 they are going to take OTC meds out from Flex.
I had one response that a person used a spreadsheet to show the difference and used online sales fliers to show what a G item would cost vs a GF item.
