It would seem, Bill Gates again only gives us 30 seconds of recording time.
I explored this feature using post it notes. The user can record a voice
note to put with the post it note. It seems one is to use the mouse to
scrawl a message on the note. It is a good thing to be able to record your 
note. I sue would not be able to read what I  scrawled.
