I am not using JFW 10, so your milage may vary.

Two things here.  First, is there anything preventing you from clicking on 
the link then using the alt-d and ctrl-c that others have told you about?

Secondly, using the virtual cursor, find the link you want to snag,
route JAWS to virtual,
right click by using the numpad star,
arrow down to copy shortcut,
hit enter,
go to your email and hit ctrl-v
