I was going to mention that editor as well. There are a lot of options out
there with editors, and many people are quite attached to their favorites
for good reasons. I myself use NoteTab from http://www.fookes.com/. I like
it's tabbed interface, macro language and outline mode. I know other blind
people who've also used the editor TextPad happily for their programming
needs. Like I said, there are a lot of free and paid options out there.
Maybe others can post their favorites, or you can download and try the free
options or those that have a trial.

notepad is ok, but does not break lines and wordpad is ok unless the lines
get too long.
