Magnesium Oxide if you have concurrent or age-related heart condition/defect, OR magnesium phosphate if you're dealing strictly with joint and muscle pain and related spasticity. I take mag ox 425mg morning and mag ox 825mg at bedtime (promotes spasm free, restful/
restorative sleep)

As Tamar will attest, those of us with fibromyalgia often don't get a restorative sleep. Magnesium, depending on type of CP and secondary implications, benefit from stepping up magnesium load.

If you haven't had your magnesium load tested, ask your doctor to order the test at the cellular level.

Cheers!

Carla
