I thought I would pass on this article that really hones in on the issues I raised about the safety of wines as far as gluten----and the very arrogant and dangerous attitudes of vintners about ingredients---at least this is my take on the attitudes expressed by one vintner in this article. This article is dated from 2 years ago---so apparently ingredient labels on wines have been shelved by powerful lobbyists. Again----why 'worry' your average, ignorant consumer with those pesky ingredients in wines? This article is eye-opening and concerning for anyone with any food allergies or intolerances.
