I have a Zojirushi, but hardly use it because I have to hold the inside container with my hand or it bounces up and down when it's kneading the dough. That's not very convenient, and it's time consuming. Heck, I can knead it myself instead.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Otherwise, I'm pleased with how bread comes out. Typically, I just make Bette Hagman's Challah recipe.
