Hi,
I am looking for recommendations for vegetarian cook books - HOWEVER....  I have a few requirements.  I need the recipes to be fairly child friendly, contain ingredients that are easy to find in supermarkets and also easy to change so they are gluten free and dairy free.  If anyone has a cook book they love I would like to know the name.   Thanks so much, Carol
