Today I baked Carol Fenster's Old Fashioned Potato Bread again. Yumm! 
This rich, moist bread doesn't have the "rice crumblies," so it makes 
excellent sandwiches. Takes a little bit of extra work to boll a couple 
of potatoes, but it's worth it! The recipe is on her web page 
(savorypalate.com), and I substituted sorghum flour for the bean flour mix.
