I am a 33 year old male. I have been gluten/dairy free since October 2009
and am feeling much better. I started lifting weights and doing cardio
exercises again recently and get light headed and do not feel I have the same
strength and push as I did on my previous regular diet. I am looking for a good
Gluten Free/Dairy Free protein supplement or natural protein/energy sources.
Any recommendations from GF folks that lift weights or work out would be
appreciated.
