Memphis Amateur has reduced, if not eliminated altogether, their used 
equipment. I know that they no longer take items on consignment.

Another good used equipment resource is The Ham Station, in Evansville,

Believe it or not, I bought a used VGS3 speech module for my TMV71 from them 
at about half the cost of a new one.
