I'm replying on line since I think Deborah intended her message to me to
come to the list.
I've used the iPhone app for LinkedIn, but I haven't done much with it
since it's highly touted update. I may be able to answer specific
questions, but I can't really say anything generic yet, other than that
it's free, so download it and give it a try.
As far as following discussions in groups, I get email notifications for
the groups that I'm following. If I see a discussion I'm interested in,
I click on the link and jump down to the beginning of the article and
the discussion. I'm doing this on a PC and the start of the article is
marked with a heading. Sometimes you need to click a link to read the
whole article, but the discussion usually contains a summary and then
some back and forth comments, which are easy enough to follow and
comment on.
