Hi all,
Tonight, I was up doing some work, am going to a meeting in Romulus, Mi. about the automated vehicles.
Well, I've always wanted to find out what cities and towns were along I-94, and I really needed to know, because I wanted to treat my driver, Bob, at some restaurant along the way home.
I said, "what the heck, I'm gonna go to google and type in this search
list cities i-94."
Well folks, one of the results, was from Wikkipedia, the greatest encyclopedia ever! I think you'll agree with me, after you've seen what I'm about to share with you all!
This one result was about interstate 94, (and I mean the whole thing). It talks about where it starts in Montana, and goes through all these states, and ends here in Port Huron, Mi.
So, I clicked on it, and began to read!
Each state has a link to a maine article about I-94!
So, when I kept reading, I got to I-94 in Michigan. There was an article about I-94 in Michigan.
So, I clicked on it!
Folks, I was blown away! This article has everything you wanna know about I-94 in Michigan. You'll even find a section there called exit list!
Folks, this is amazing!
It has a table.
It tells you every county, mile, exit number, every road, every city or town from the Indiana state line all the way to the blue water bridge!
So, here's the article for Michigan, but every interstate and state highway is somewhere on Wikkipedia!
Folks I was reading a map!!! I didn't have to ask some sighted person, "can you read me a list of cities and towns along I-94 on your map of Michigan?"
I was reading my own map!!!
This is incredible!
So, here goes!
The link is
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interstate_94_in_Michigan
Enjoy, and if you folks outside of Michigan, find your articles to your interstates or state highways, let the list know!
You'll never again have to ask someone "can you read me your map to tell me what cities or towns are along interstate .....?"
You'll have your own!
Harry
