My Google search on this topic brought me to a comparison chart of various
VISTA OS. The business and ultimate versions have the faxing capability not
the home premium.
So your options would be upgrade to VISTA business or ultimate
Or
Purchase a fax capable printer
Or
Use an online fax service
All I know is what I Google.
