did you resolve your power pack problems.

now got a vista question.
in my windows mail.
i hear the following menus.
file, edit,view.
but when i arrow past that, does not speak out tools, window, help and just 
returns me to the main folder window list.
so wondering.
how to repiar a corrupted windows mail in box or windows mail application.
or could i download it off the microsoft site.
