Dorene,
I don't take your email as grouchy, my concern was does this combination of software present this problem as a matter of practice. Calling each provider may only cause them to blame the other guys software as the culprit. I am also on a network at my employer and was hoping for feedback relating to that, if of course the network is the problem. Thanks for your feedback and those of you who have also replied thanks.

Hi,
I am sorry to be a grouch about this, but you mentioned 3 vendors,
Zoomtext (Aisquared) JAWS (Freedom Scientific), and Adobe. The vendors
all have paid tech support staff and hopefully people who get paid to
fix the problems.
I KNOW mileage varies about these channels, but I strongly recommend
contacting them first.
Best

Subject: [VICUG-L] Assistance please
Hello List,
I am new to this list and hope someone might be able to
help. As many of us experience, my tech guy at work is wondering why I
cannot run Zoomtext in a Microsoft Exchange environment. I have version
9.0 of Zoomtext as a network install and Adobe Reader v. 8.1.2 running
on a
Windows XP platform. Whenever I try to print an Adobe file I get an
error
message saying I have an invalid plug-in. When I uninstall Zoomtext the
problem seems to go away. One more thing I am also running version
8.0.423
of JAWS. Any help or ideas why I might be getting that error message.
