Harry, simply click on the link then access it through the Address Bar and
copy it to the clipboard. Once the task is finished you can go back to the
main home page by pressing the Backspace button if that's where you want to
be.

Please don't try to do the impossible. Just do it as the machine was
programmed to do it and you'll have far less problem.

If you check out Jonathon's suggestion for copying audio links I think
you'll find that helpful, however doing it from a normal web page as we've
indicated is also workable.

Thx, Albert

Subject: [VICUG-L] I still can't copy a link to a page, this is horrible!

Hi all,
Harry here. Well here's the latest. I tried Lynn's and Alberts advice, and
neither works. Here's what I want to do. For example if I type in
http://www.acb.org and then on that page, let's say that I want to send
someone the link that says "helpful resources". I found the link, but I
just want to send that link, not click on that link, just send the link in
an email.
I'm using a gateway nx100 laptop, and windows xp pro, and jaws for windows
10.0.
I'm using IE 7 as well.
I tried both ideas and all it does is, give me the link to the page I'm
already on, but I don't want that, I want the link to a page off of the home
page, called, we'll use "helpful resources"
How do I do this? I feel right now, that I can't send anybody links to
stuff they need!
Harry
