Possibly so, but when ZC is chosen as an act of desperation, brain
health is not uppermost in consideration, and the results indicate that
when adequate care is taken to balance the fat:meat ratio, brain
function improves.
My short-term memory is better than it was.
I trust the wisdom of the immune system, such as "stop", sweetness of
water or coffee, nausea, and it seems that this respect is necessary to
success with raw zero carb.
Some common sense is also necessary. IMO
