Hi Trish, I had a hard time finding a butcher to give me fat scraps but
finally found one that did (a more upscale grocery store, that was close to
my house). Keep searching! :)

The problem is finding good quality fatty meat. Where I live in santa
barbara calif. there isn't much "fatty" anything.
