How do you guys know if you're in ketosis? Do you use the sticks?

I have achieve ketosis on as many as 72 grams a
day by increasing protein and lowering fat intake and calories. This
method takes 3 to 5 days to get into ketosis but it does work.
I have to expand on this a bit. I didn't adjust my protein and fat. I have
a check on ketosis and the allowable limit of carbs and maintained ketosis
at 75 grams. I don't really watch the fat grams. I watch the balance of
