KJ,
The advice everyone else has given is great, but it **may** be related to
CP and or other injuries as well. When I was in my mid 40's, my spasticity
in general started to increase, including bladder spasms. Talk to your
gynecologist first, as s/he is probably already familiar with you and what'
going on. If there has been an increase in overall spasticity, see if you
can find a urologist who's familiar with "neurogenic bladder," When i
started having problems with my bladder, my PCP suggested bladder
exercises, but they weren't really effective, then we tried exercise and
medication (Ditropan was what I used.

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress
depends on the unreasonable man.
