when the software is cost prohibitive in the first place, any moral 
concerns on the part of the end user go straight out the window.
not all of us are in a position to have government assistance to 
purchase the afforementioned nore do we earn enough to even consider the 
possibility of buying it ourselves. sadly, ours is a rather specialised 
market, and any software vendor can do as they please with reference to 
pricing and the like, as evidenced by freedom science fiction and gw micro.
ok, enough of a rant from me. that's just my take on the whole idea.
